Job Summary

As a Restaurant Manager at Accor, you will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional dining experiences that align with the Fairmont brand’s luxury standards. This role blends operational excellence with financial acumen and personalized guest service to create memorable moments for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction.

• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance in line with Fairmont brand guidelines.

• Monitor guest feedback and take timely corrective actions to enhance overall experience.

• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure menu consistency and prompt service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and train the restaurant team to deliver personalized and anticipatory service.

• Conduct daily briefings and ongoing training to reinforce product knowledge and service excellence.

• Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth plans.

• Foster teamwork and maintain open communication within the department.

Financial Management

• Monitor operational costs while maximizing revenue and profitability.

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and P&L analyses.

• Implement strategies to achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for beverages, linen, and other supplies.

Guest Experience

• Deliver memorable dining experiences through attention to detail, hospitality, and personalized interactions.

• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and efficiently.

• Build strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests to enhance loyalty.

Administration & Coordination

• Prepare and analyze operational, revenue, and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Coordinate with other departments—including Kitchen, Events, Housekeeping, and Front Office—to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to boost restaurant visibility and business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or with Celebrity Chefs.

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or F&B Service.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role within fine dining or luxury restaurants.

• Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings, fine dining service standards, and guest relations.

• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in restaurant management systems (e.g., Micros, POS, Opera).

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
