Job Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager will spearhead commercial and launch readiness initiatives for the biosimilars portfolio across MEAP, Türkiye, and CIS. This role ensures that regional activities align with global strategies while supporting affiliates in executing market-specific launch plans. The manager will drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve timely, competitive, and high-impact biosimilar launches in the region, acting as the central commercial liaison between affiliates, regional functions, and Global Brand Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Planning

Lead the development of regional launch strategies, aligning with global objectives and tailoring approaches to local market dynamics.

Define and maintain the regional brand strategy, including positioning, competitive response, and value messaging.

Gather and consolidate market insights across MEAP, Türkiye, and CIS to inform global decision-making and guide regional priorities.
Affiliate Support & Execution Excellence

Assist affiliates in building comprehensive launch plans with clear priorities, timelines, and KPIs.

Support tactical execution, performance tracking, forecasting, and risk management.

Promote consistent execution of launches across countries while adapting to market-specific requirements.

Foster capability-building and share best practices throughout the region.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure full launch readiness.

Coordinate regional inputs into global planning, ensuring affiliates have compliant promotional and educational tools.

Strengthen biosimilar awareness and adoption through aligned cross-functional initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Market Development

Monitor brand performance, market trends, competitor activities, and adoption barriers across countries.

Identify opportunities to accelerate uptake and propose region-wide initiatives.

Ensure timely reporting on launch status, KPIs, risks, contingencies, and success metrics.
Regional Representation & Communication

Act as the primary regional commercial contact for Global Brand Teams.

Communicate regional insights, challenges, and needs to influence global strategy, evidence generation, and resourcing.

Ensure transparent and consistent communication across affiliates and regional functions.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science; MBA or PhD preferred.

5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a focus on biosimilars/biologics.

Prior experience in regional or multi-country marketing (MEAP, Türkiye, CIS, or similar) is essential.

Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and bridging global strategy with local execution.
