Job Summary
PwC Academy Middle East is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while working in a collaborative and flexible environment. You will contribute to bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world business experience, working with innovative technologies and Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to align with business requirements.

• Develop Apex classes, SOQL queries, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.

• Build and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement effective solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.

• Perform DevOps activities, including server and package upgrades.

• Utilize Linux shell scripting for server maintenance and automation tasks.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (preferred).

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II is an advantage.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

• PHP experience is advantageous.

• Proficient with Git for version control.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience across the full application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
