Purchasing Officer – Raw Materials

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to manage raw material purchasing, supplier coordination, and sourcing activities for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will handle procurement from PO creation to delivery, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential. • 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience in procurement (mandatory) • Experience in raw material purchasing for manufacturing • Experience coordinating with QC and monitoring supplier quality • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills • Ability to maintain documentation, records, and compliance • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Experience in demand forecasting, stock monitoring, and supplier evaluation • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) • SAP or similar ERP experience (preferred)
