As a Property Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our real estate operations run seamlessly. We are seeking a proactive professional to bridge the gap between administrative excellence and property management, helping us maintain high standards of service for our global expat teams and internal operations.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property management, or administrative roles.

  • Basic knowledge of real estate processes, leasing, and documentation.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily property management and real estate operations

  • Maintain and update property records, tenant files, and contracts

  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and meetings

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

  • Support leasing and sales documentation processes

  • Liaise with tenants, owners, agents, and service providers

  • Monitor rent payments and follow up on pending documentation

  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining compliance records
