Job Summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager to deliver medium-scale MV/LV projects, including retrofits, modernizations, and critical maintenance works. The role carries end-to-end accountability from customer handover through invoicing and cash collection, with strong emphasis on margin protection, digital execution, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting Schneider Electric’s digital transformation by leveraging tools such as mySchneider, Salesforce, and EcoStruxure Service Plans across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Governance
-
Manage the complete lifecycle of MV/LV electrical projects, from scope validation and procurement through site execution, commissioning, and final handover.

Utilize digital platforms for project setup, documentation, contract validation, progress tracking, and invoicing.

Lead internal and external project kick-off meetings, aligning all stakeholders on scope, risks, timelines, and delivery strategy.
Financial & Commercial Management

Monitor and control project financials, including budgets, revenue forecasts, and gross margins.

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, supporting proactive cash collection through structured digital contracts and billing milestones.

Prepare and present margin analysis and financial performance updates during regular project reviews.
Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with Field Services, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams using digital tools to ensure material availability and smooth execution sequencing.

Plan manpower and resource requirements in collaboration with FSR managers, ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Align internal orders, subcontracting, and logistics activities with contractual obligations.
Digital Workflow Integration

Validate project and contract creation through Salesforce and digital sales portals, ensuring effective handover from tendering to execution.

Work closely with tendering and sales teams to review contract inputs and confirm execution feasibility.

Maintain real-time updates of milestones, payment terms, and progress within Schneider Electric’s digital systems.
Risk, HSE & Quality Management

Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, including risk assessments, PPE compliance, and training requirements.

Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation actions, and escalate issues to minimize schedule or financial impact.

Ensure full compliance with Schneider Electric quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Customer Engagement

Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution.

Communicate clearly and proactively on progress, changes, and potential risks.

Capture customer feedback and satisfaction data at project close-out.
Close-Out & Continuous Improvement
-
Lead end-of-project reviews to document lessons learned and improvement actions.

Contribute to knowledge sharing, delivery process enhancements, and feedback into offer and service development.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in MV/LV equipment and packages, preferably within retrofit and services environments.
Certifications
-
PMP® certification (mandatory).
-
Schneider Electric Project Management certification (internal) is an advantage.
Technical & Business Skills
-
Strong expertise in MV/LV equipment, retrofit methodologies, protection schemes, and lifecycle solutions.
-
Familiarity with Schneider Electric product ranges such as Masterpact, Easypact, Sepam, and VAMP.
-
Solid understanding of sales-to-execution workflows using Salesforce, mySchneider, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
-
Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret contracts, payment terms, and margin impacts.

Experience managing customer change requests and supporting negotiations.

Clear and professional communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel across the Gulf region for site visits and customer interactions.

Exposure to Oil & Gas standards and public utility specifications is beneficial.

Knowledge of adjacent systems such as SCADA, Drives, BMS, or Power Quality systems is a plus.
