Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership

• Implement the companys property development strategy to optimize revenue and shareholder value.

• Lead, plan, organize, and monitor multiple development projects.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, cost parameters, and quality benchmarks.

• Project Planning & Execution

• Develop, review, and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.

• Oversee in-house teams covering design, engineering, quality assurance, cost management, and project management.

• Prepare monthly progress analyses, billing updates, and contract status reports for management review.

• Contract & Consultant Management

• Manage interfaces with Consultants, Contractors, Engineers, and Suppliers.

• Review and certify contractor and consultant payment certificates.

• Monitor contract performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

• Review and report on variations and claims related to development work.

• Regulatory & Compliance

• Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities to obtain development approvals.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.

• Identify and mitigate operational and project risks.

• Construction & Technical Oversight

• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.

• Manage change orders, material standards, and workmanship quality.

• Oversee utilities and infrastructure engineering requirements.

• Ensure smooth project handover to Facility Managers and Owners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Economics, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related discipline.

• MBA or MSc in Project Management will be a strong advantage.

• Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within real estate, construction, or property development sectors.

• Proven track record managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments from concept to handover.

• Strong experience in Contract Administration, Consultant coordination, Contractor management, and regulatory engagement.
