Key Responsibilities
Manage and process applications for employment visas, labor cards, and other government approvals in accordance with UAE laws and procedures.
Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and Freezone authorities to ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation.
Support onboarding and relocation activities for expatriate employees of Deloitte s clients.
Keep track of and communicate changes in UAE labor and immigration laws that affect workforce mobility.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of submissions, permits, and correspondence with authorities.
Provide administrative support to the GES team on compliance and documentation matters.
Cultivate strong professional relationships with UAE government and Freezone entities to streamline client processes.
Contribute to enhancing client satisfaction by ensuring efficient handling of government and compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
UAE National (Emirati) with a valid family book.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
1 3 years of relevant experience in a PRO or government liaison role within a consulting, law firm, or corporate environment.
Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and immigration processes.
Fluent in both English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive and reliable, with a demonstrated sense of responsibility and punctuality.
