As a Pre-Seller within the KSA Sales Team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring excellent market execution. This role combines sales performance, merchandising standards, and customer service excellence while contributing valuable market insights to support business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the full PepsiCo product portfolio to an assigned customer base, achieving agreed sales targets and keeping stales below approved limits.

  • Deliver consistent customer service by following approved call frequencies and daily route plans, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Complete daily debriefings with the supervisor, including review of visited outlets and sales performance.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order placement, including clear delivery instructions and arrangements.

  • Monitor and maintain customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.

  • Implement approved in-store merchandising standards, coordinating with company merchandisers where additional support is provided.

  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections, keeping the sales vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy, and reporting any issues promptly.

  • Reconcile all cash, cheque, and credit sales on a daily basis in line with company procedures.

  • Report competitor activities and market developments to the supervisor to support sales planning.

  • Maintain professional appearance, safe driving practices, and full compliance with traffic regulations.

  • Participate in required training programs to enhance professionalism, sales capability, and customer service standards.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and account development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven negotiation and conflict management abilities.

  • Sales planning and territory management knowledge.

  • Basic accounting and numerical skills.
