Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing

Suggest enhancements to methods, systems, and procedures to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Operations

Collaborate effectively with team members on major preventive maintenance repairs and service projects.

Train and mentor staff, sharing knowledge and practical skills.

Foster a calm and positive work atmosphere within the team.

Complete daily checklists and ensure all tasks are performed to professional standards.

Execute plumbing and related works independently while maintaining high quality.

Respond promptly to plumbing issues and concerns.

Manage workshop inventory and reorder supplies as needed.

Adhere strictly to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts’ policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and overall safety.

Maintain proper grooming standards and a friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times.

Promote and upsell a la carte services to residents when appropriate.

Participate in departmental briefings and stay informed about daily hotel activities.

Apply Product, Process, and Regulatory (PPR) plumbing knowledge effectively.

Analyze problems efficiently and implement solutions with attention to quality.

Undertake additional reasonable duties as assigned by management.
Administration
