Job Title: Personal Banker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our retail banking team
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer
relationships, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field sales,
referrals, and branch walk-ins.
• Generate leads from the open market and follow up for conversions.
• Cross-sell and upsell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance,
and investment products.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Achieve individual and branch targets for product sales and customer acquisition.
• Perform regular follow-ups with clients for service and business development.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales.
Skills Required:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
• Good knowledge of banking products and local market
Preferred Candidate:
• Candidates with prior experience in CASA Sales.
