Job Summary:
The Outdoor Catering Operations Assistant Manager supports the management of all outdoor catering activities, ensuring an outstanding Guest and Member experience. This role focuses on optimizing sales, maintaining high operational standards, and leading the team to consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing all Conference and Banqueting operations to ensure smooth execution.

Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and uphold brand standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements for continuous service enhancement.

Stay informed of industry trends and suggest initiatives to enhance the Conference and Banquet offerings.

Maximize sales and manage costs effectively, identifying areas for improvement.

Set realistic budgets and short- and long-term operational goals.

Lead and mentor Conference and Banquet teams to meet and exceed performance targets.

Foster strong communication and collaborative relationships across hotel departments, guests, suppliers, and external partners.

Ensure appropriate staffing levels and ongoing staff training.

Conduct regular communication meetings and document outcomes.

Address staff performance issues in line with company policies.

Recruit, train, and develop the Front Office team as required.

Support other departments and initiatives wherever needed.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of the hotel, leisure, and service sector.

Proven track record in Conference and Beverage operations, with the ability to drive profitability, manage costs, and enhance customer loyalty.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
