• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
• 6+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP implementations.
• Map existing business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state process flows.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and propose solutions that align with Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
• Provide guidance on integration strategies, data migration approaches, and reporting requirements.
• Support RFP creation and participate in vendor assessment and evaluation activities.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Contribute to change management efforts and assist in developing training materials.
• Strong domain expertise in Procurement and Inventory consulting.
• Working knowledge of integrations and OTBI/BIP reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
