As a New Hire Onboarding Specialist within EY’s Talent Services practice, you will play a key role in supporting new joiners through the preboarding phase, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and ready to succeed from day one. Working closely with new hires and internal stakeholders, you’ll help create a smooth transition into EY that reflects our Employee Value Proposition.

The Opportunity

EY is seeking a New Hire Onboarding Specialist to join its Talent Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding support while managing immigration-related processes and ensuring policy compliance. You’ll bring an analytical, empathetic, and service-oriented mindset, helping new joiners navigate complex requirements with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee employee immigration processes to support smooth and timely onboarding for new joiners.

  • Handle local immigration requirements by staying current with country-specific regulations and policies.

  • Prepare and coordinate documentation related to residency renewals, new joiner medicals, and pension registrations.

  • Ensure accurate document preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive personal and legal documentation.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers, escalating potential issues proactively when required.

  • Deliver a positive and welcoming onboarding experience aligned with EY’s Employee Value Proposition.

  • Support team members in resolving complex queries related to benefits, immigration, and legal matters.

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all onboarding and preboarding activities.

  • Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and process gaps within the preboarding journey.

  • Support internal clients and stakeholders in adapting to changes in EY processes and organizational structures.


Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to build effective working relationships across HR, recruitment, and immigration teams.

  • Solid MS Office skills with the ability to quickly learn and use internal systems and reporting tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • A genuine interest in enhancing the onboarding experience and understanding new joiner needs.


To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.

  • 5–8 years of hands-on immigration experience within a large multinational organization.

  • Strong knowledge of KSA immigration processes, including employment visas and Iqama transfers.

  • Experience managing high volumes of candidate queries with a candidate-focused approach.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • A positive, proactive attitude with strong ownership of responsibilities.

  • Experience working with multicultural and global teams (preferred).
