We are seeking an experienced and proactive Network Security Engineer to join our team and help ensure robust security across all infrastructure and applications. Key Responsibilities:

Assess and ensure security compliance of infrastructure and application technologies to protect clients and employees.

Promote a ‘Shift Left’ approach by integrating security requirements early in the development lifecycle.

Conduct security assessments and gap analyses, recommending effective remediations to implementation teams.

Manage security for infrastructure components, including OS, databases, VPNs, proxies, firewalls, data centers, and Active Directory.

Perform configuration reviews and audits for network devices and appliances.
-
Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
-
Review security aspects of automation scripts in Ansible and Jenkins.

Evaluate endpoint security solutions such as AV and EDR.

Analyze next-generation firewall configurations, IDS, and IPS systems.

Review application security settings and WAF rules.

Conduct policy reviews for firewalls, proxies, and related security components.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber/Information Security, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Security, HR Management, Finance, or International Business from reputable institutes is a plus.

Relevant certifications in Network Security (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and Penetration Testing (OSCP, GPEN, LPT, CPT) are desirable.

4–9 years in information security, with strong IT knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership experience.

3–5 years specifically as a Network Security Engineer.

Solid understanding of information security principles and enterprise architecture.

Experience with public and private cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS).

Hands-on experience with perimeter, core, and endpoint protection technologies.

Expertise in endpoint security solutions (AV, EDR, SIEM).

Scripting and automation experience, preferably Python.

Ability to interpret regulatory and security requirements accurately.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex security issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
