Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an MYP/DP English Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inquiry-based English lessons aligned with the IB MYP and DP frameworks. Additional responsibilities include developing differentiated instructional strategies, guiding students through independent research, evaluating learning progress through assessments, and fostering critical thinking and global awareness. Collaborating with colleagues and participating in professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices is also part of the role.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in teaching English Language and Literature with expertise in writing, reading comprehension, and critical analysis.
• Experience with the IB MYP/DP curriculum and an understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered learning methodology.
• Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and the ability to differentiate instruction based on diverse learning needs.
• Collaborative and communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with global educational standards and an ability to encourage cultural understanding and diversity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; IB certification or teaching experience is preferred.
• A passion for developing global citizens and inspiring a lifelong love of learning in students.
