Key Responsibilities:
• Associate will be required/responsible to make telemarketing or outbound calls and explain the services offered by the Company
• Create, maintain, and update a database of clients with complete information and emails for successful leads on a regular basis.
• Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients
• Asking questions to the client and understanding their specifications
• Suggesting solutions based on clients’ needs and requirements
• Must efficiently set goals and work on them to avoid escalations and maintain relevancy and quality while providing information to the clients. Metro Jobs

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Prior 1+ year of experience as tele-caller
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in spoken English
• Highly motivated & positive attitude
• Graduate/Undergraduate in any field

Compensation & Benefits:
• Drop-off facility will be provided to metro station

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
