Position: Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure FRÍO products are well-displayed, fully stocked, and visually appealing across all assigned retail outlets.
• Implement brand merchandising standards and ensure planogram compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and coordinate replenishment with the sales and operations team.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of product displays, chillers, and shelves.
• Conduct regular store visits to check visibility, product freshness, and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure prime display positioning.
• Support product activations, in-store promotions, and sampling events when required.
• Submit daily reports and photos from store visits to the Sales and Marketing team.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in FMCG, preferably in beverages.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license (advantage).
• Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
