Merchandiser – Product Development

In this Colombo-based role, you will be the vital link between creative vision and market reality. You will drive the development journey from the initial spark of an idea to the final product launch, collaborating intimately with our design and sales teams to ensure every garment meets our high standards of excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Apparel Merchandising, Clothing Technology, Fashion Management or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in apparel product development merchandising.

• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and development processes.

• Knowledge of costing, BOM preparation, and PLM/T&A systems.

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple styles under tight deadlines.
