This role is part of the sales team and focuses on strengthening PepsiCo’s in-store presence. The position plays a key role in ensuring excellent product visibility, execution of merchandising standards, and timely market feedback to support sales growth.

Job Purpose

As a Merchandiser, your primary responsibility is to maximize on-shelf availability and visibility across assigned outlets. You will ensure products are displayed according to approved planograms, support in-store promotions and sampling when required, and communicate market insights to the pre-seller to help identify sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned OT outlets according to the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.

• Merchandise SSFL products across shelves, stands, floor displays, and other access points within stores.

• Place and maintain POS materials alongside SSFL product displays where applicable.

• Ensure all merchandising is executed in line with approved planograms for on-shelf and off-shelf displays.

• Rotate stock using the FIFO method and remove any damaged or sub-standard products.

• Maintain clean, fresh, and well-presented SSF products on shelves at all times.

• Track and report competitor activities observed in the market.

• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers or outlets immediately.

• Submit daily activity reports to the supervisor, covering the previous day’s work.

• Take part in in-store sampling, promotions, or redemption campaigns when required.

• Uphold a professional appearance and behavior in accordance with the Frito Lay code of conduct.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driving license
