Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Mechatronics Engineer to support technical operations, customer assistance, and internal coordination activities. This role combines technical knowledge with strong communication and organizational skills to support products, projects, and business processes effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance related to mechatronics products and services

  • Handle customer service tasks, including help desk support and issue resolution

  • Support back-office functions for sales, operations, and procurement activities

  • Assist with project coordination and process follow-ups across departments

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth technical and operational workflows


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Attested Diploma or University Degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Automation

  • Alternatively, a degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with mechatronics products

  • Strong understanding of mechatronics products and related services

  • Ability to quickly learn and grasp technical product details

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Highly organized and disciplined, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and stakeholder requirements

  • Fast learner with a confident personality and excellent physical fitness

  • Fluent in English with clear pronunciation and effective communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience reading and interpreting technical and civil drawings

  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM

  • Strong computer literacy and very good online research skills

  • Professional business communication skills, both written and verbal
