About the Role We are seeking a strategic HR leader to serve as a vital link between our business operations and human capital strategy. In this role, you will drive organizational excellence by translating business goals into actionable people initiatives. You will act as a consultant to leadership, guiding talent management, organizational design, and large-scale change efforts. By bridging the gap between HR expertise and operational needs, you will ensure our workforce is empowered, high-performing, and aligned with our long-term vision.


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Managerial Role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Through numerical skills to handle business complexities

  • Strong Interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical and creative thinking skills

  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable labor laws, guidance, regulations, ordinances and policies

  • Work experience in the plantation industry /unionized environment will be added advantage
