You will act as a consultant to leadership, guiding talent management, organizational design, and large-scale change efforts. PERSONAL PROFILE

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Managerial Role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Through numerical skills to handle business complexities

Strong Interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical and creative thinking skills

Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable labor laws, guidance, regulations, ordinances and policies

Work experience in the plantation industry /unionized environment will be added advantage
