Job Summary:
As a Lobby Ambassador at Hilton, you are the first point of contact for our Guests, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role combines guest relations, concierge services, and vehicle management to ensure every Guest experiences exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold Hilton brand standards and consistently deliver high-quality service.

• Welcome Guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.

• Maintain regular contact with returning Guests and visitors to anticipate their needs.

• Park Guests’ cars on hotel premises and provide driving services as needed.

• Ensure hotel vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and safe.

• Stay informed about all hotel services, VIPs, and special events.

• Offer guidance on local attractions, landmarks, and points of interest.

• Present a professional and courteous demeanor, emphasizing hospitality at all times.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Previous experience in hotel, leisure, or retail sectors.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Impeccable personal presentation and excellent communication skills.

• Calm, discreet, and courteous manner.

• Knowledge of local area and general regional information is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
