Both experienced property professionals and individuals with strong sales or customer service backgrounds looking to enter the real estate sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features to potential tenants

• Build and promote your personal brand through social media and networking events

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to promote properties effectively

• Attend meetings with tenants and property owners as needed

• Keep accurate records using company CRM and software systems

• Coordinate and oversee transactions until tenant payments are complete

• Source new rental properties in your assigned area for leasing

• Qualify leads for both tenants and property owners

• Stay informed on Dubai property market trends, values, and competitive developments

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Genuine passion for property and real estate

• Negotiation skills with a strong ability to close deals

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Driving license

• Previous property experience is advantageous but not essential
