• TeachTales: Engages students with personalized, magical storytelling to enhance comprehension.

• TimeBack: Serves as a learning copilot, integrating with apps to proactively guide students.

• Athena: Delivers measurable academic outcomes using AI-generated videos and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Ship Full-Stack Features: Turn user stories into production-ready features by clarifying requirements, designing scalable solutions, coding both frontend and backend, testing thoroughly, and shipping.

• Investigate and Resolve Issues: Perform root cause analysis to address real problems, fix bugs effectively, and prevent regressions with intelligent testing.

• Maintain High Code Standards: Review plans and pull requests to ensure clarity, simplicity, correctness, and long-term maintainability, preventing technical debt.

• Leverage AI in Development: Integrate generative AI tools to accelerate development and enhance feature impact.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

• Creating complex UIs or backends without a clear purpose

• Following specs blindly without understanding the underlying problem

• Getting bogged down in endless meetings or chasing priorities

• Simply shipping features without delivering real solutions

Basic Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience developing production web applications (frontend and backend) in any framework.

• Strong ownership: Proven ability to lead modules, features, or teams, not just isolated tasks.

• Independent execution: Capable of self-directed work, unblocking yourself, and navigating ambiguous challenges.

• Hands-on experience using generative AI in development.

• Problem-solving mindset with focus on impact and maintainability

• Excellent communication and collaboration in distributed teams
