About the Role
Egis is seeking a highly qualified Land Surveyor for a major port development project in Kuwait. This role is central to the construction management team, ensuring precise land measurements and accurate data collection throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed land surveys and topographic mapping for the port project.

Operate advanced surveying equipment, including GPS and GIS systems, to gather and analyze data.

Prepare comprehensive survey reports, maps, and plans using AutoCAD and related software.

Collaborate closely with construction managers and engineers to meet project specifications.

Supervise, coordinate, and mentor on-site survey teams.

Monitor construction progress to verify alignment with survey data and project plans.

Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to land surveying.

Ensure adherence to local and international surveying standards and regulations.

Maintain precise records of all survey activities and findings.

Provide technical guidance to support the broader construction team.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience, preferably with port or marine projects.

Proven background in construction management and supervision.

Proficiency with modern surveying equipment and advanced techniques.

Expert knowledge of GPS and GIS systems.

Advanced skills in AutoCAD and other surveying software.

Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
