We are looking for a performance-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships while strengthening our commercial presence, including the development of the e-commerce channel. This role plays a key part in driving sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Key Client Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic accounts through regular communication and proactive engagement.

Account Planning: Design and implement tailored account strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

E-commerce Development: Evaluate online market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities; track performance and optimize digital initiatives using analytics and feedback.

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and renewals to secure balanced, long-term commercial agreements.

Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance indicators to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Opportunity & Risk Assessment: Identify growth opportunities and potential risks within key accounts and develop action plans; collaborate with field sales teams to maximize sales potential.

Sales Forecasting: Deliver accurate forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights to support planning and resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with sales, marketing, and supply teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.

Market Analysis: Gather and interpret market intelligence to uncover new business opportunities.

Reporting: Prepare structured reports covering account performance, forecasts, and sales outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: MBA preferred
-
Experience: At least 5 years of Key Account Management experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Goods, with exposure to multicultural environments and proven results

Strong negotiation capability with a clear customer-focused approach

Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Languages: Very good command of English; strong or native Arabic is an advantage
