The Opportunity

EY is seeking experienced Managers to join its Audit team. This role involves leading complex audit engagements while playing a key role in supporting the continued growth and quality of the Audit practice. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy responsibility, leadership, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex external audit engagements from planning through completion

• Oversee audit teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely delivery

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance

• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders

• Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture

• Contribute to the development and growth of the Audit business

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong academic background with a degree and a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CPA)

• More than 8 years of experience in external audit, including proven team leadership

• Solid understanding of modern auditing methodologies and risk-based audit approaches

• Prior experience working within a Big 4 accounting firm

• Proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English, with strong presentation abilities

• Up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming IFRS standards

• Hands-on experience with audit tools and data analytics solutions

• Demonstrated project management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team development
