About the Role
MAS Matrix is a leading diversified flat-knit apparel facility, operating 1,000 Stoll flatbed machines to produce high-performance wear for global brands including Nike, Decathlon, and Lacoste. As we continue to push boundaries with our innovative product platform, MVTM, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to join our Industrial Engineering team as an Intern.
Key Responsibilities

Process Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure a smooth and efficient material flow across the facility.

Development Synergy: Liaise closely with the development team to streamline the transition from design to production.

Team Collaboration: Support the IE team in optimizing production processes and meeting operational targets.

Waste Reduction: Perform detailed activity analyses to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to minimize waste.
Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Statistics or Physical Science from a recognized university or institution.

Technical Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.

Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
