Role Description

This is a Full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing accounts, engaging new and existing customers to generate leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful customer service.

• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus
