Industrial Trainer

**Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:

– Develop and deliver training programs focused on welding, fabrication, and MEP skills for new and existing employees.
– Conduct practical training sessions in line with company standards and industry best practices.
– Assess trainees’ skill levels and provide feedback to support their growth and improvement.
– Collaborate with the production and QA/QC teams to ensure alignment between training objectives and operational requirements.
– Develop training materials, manuals, and instructional guides tailored to Jahsteel’s fabrication and quality standards.
– Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
– Ensure all training activities are compliant with health, safety, and quality regulations.
– Provide support and mentorship to trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.
• *Qualifications**:

– Certification or diploma in welding, fabrication, or a related technical field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or MEP work, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.
– Strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols in the fabrication industry.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to assess and adapt training methods to fit varied skill levels.
– Proficiency in instructional techniques and the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
• *Experience**:

– ITI training: 3 years (required)
