**Job Title**: HR Administrative – Payroll
• *Job Summary**:
The HR Administrative – Payroll position is a critical role within the Human Resources department responsible for managing and processing employee payroll and related financial activities. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, complying with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining payroll records.

Key Responsibilities**:
• *Payroll Processing**:
1. Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.

2. Calculate and process employee payroll, including regular and overtime hours, deductions, and other adjustments.

3. Ensure compliance with tax and wage laws, including withholding and reporting.

4. Review and verify payroll data for accuracy before processing.
• *Benefits Administration**:
1. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other financial components.

2. Enroll new employees in benefit programs and facilitate changes for existing employees.

3. Ensure benefits administration complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• *Tax Compliance**:
1. Process and file federal, state, and local payroll taxes.

2. Prepare and distribute annual tax forms, such as W-2s.

3. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations and make necessary updates to payroll processes.
• *Records Maintenance**:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, earnings, and deductions.

2. Prepare and maintain employee payroll files in compliance with data protection laws.
• *Payment Distribution**:
1. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of employee paychecks, direct deposits, and related financial transactions.

2. Handle any issues related to payroll payments or discrepancies.
• *Reporting**:
1. Generate and distribute regular payroll reports to management.

2. Provide financial data for accounting and auditing purposes.
• *Compliance and Policy Adherence**:
1. Ensure that all payroll activities comply with federal and state labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

2. Address any payroll-related compliance issues promptly.
• *Qualifications**:

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
– Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
– Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.
– Familiarity with payroll software and accounting systems.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Organizational and time management abilities.
– Ethical and trustworthy conduct.
– Relevant HR or payroll certifications are a plus.
• *Working Conditions**:

– HR Administrative – Payroll professionals work in an office setting, typically within the HR department.
– The position involves handling confidential and financial information.
– Work hours are typically during regular office hours, with occasional overtime during payroll processing periods.
• *Salary**: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

– Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
