Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading quality management, compliance, and audit programs across transportation and fulfilment operations. The position partners closely with internal teams, healthcare customers, and senior leadership to ensure regulatory adherence, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery across the FedEx network.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assessment & Standards

Develop and maintain Transportation and Fulfilment SOPs and work instructions.

Support the creation, rollout, and governance of policies and procedures across FedEx hubs and stations.

Provide expert guidance on quality and regulatory requirements.
Quality Management
-
Drive corrective and preventive action programs to address quality and compliance gaps.

Advise stakeholders on quality performance and regulatory expectations.

Implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related processes.

Oversee QMS administration and ensure consistent application across operations.
Quality Audits

Design and execute internal audit frameworks and methodologies.

Support certification and customer audits, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy.

Develop and manage audit strategies, programs, and compliance tracking.
Healthcare Customer Liaison

Act as a key contact for healthcare customer quality requests and issue resolution.

Manage quality agreements, questionnaires, and RFQ proposal inputs.
Leadership & Strategic Impact

Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior and executive management on emerging systems, risks, and opportunities.

Analyze and interpret complex information to support informed business decisions.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with a future-focused and strategic mindset.

Influence project teams across functions to deliver optimal outcomes for the business.
