Job Summary:
FedEx is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to provide technical expertise and strategic guidance in quality management and regulatory compliance. This role involves developing and implementing standards, processes, and audit programs across FedEx’s network and facilities, while supporting cross-functional projects that enhance operational excellence. The ideal candidate will influence business decisions through data-driven analysis, lead high-impact initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assessment & Standards: Develop Transportation & Fulfilment SOPs, Work Instructions, and FedEx Network policies; implement and advise on quality and regulatory practices across hubs and stations.

Quality Management: Lead quality corrective and preventive actions, compliance advisory, and performance monitoring; implement continuous improvements to QMS and related processes.

Quality Audit: Design and conduct internal audits, support certification and customer audits, develop audit strategies, and maintain audit readiness documentation.

Healthcare Customer Liaison: Manage customer requests and issue resolution; develop and maintain quality agreements, questionnaires, and RFQ proposals.

Provide senior and executive management with technical insights on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities; influence strategic planning and project outcomes.

Lead cross-functional projects to achieve optimal results and drive continuous process improvement.
