Our university seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor of Neonatal Nursing to deliver high-quality instruction in Neonatal nursing.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or Doctorate in Neonatal Nursing, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to academic excellence, student development, and research engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising clinical practice in Neonatal Units, designing and updating course materials aligned with current clinical standards and academic requirements, employing innovative and student-centered teaching methods, and participating in curriculum development and review processes.
