Overview

As a Guest Relations Team Member at Hilton, you will be the key liaison for VIP Guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction reflects Hilton’s high standards of hospitality. From arrival to departure, you will anticipate needs, personalize experiences, and create lasting impressions for our valued guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review VIP Guest arrival reports and coordinate with Housekeeping for optimal room allocations.

  • Oversee special room assignments and suite occupancies to meet guest preferences.

  • Welcome VIP Guests and guide them through check-in, including escorting to the Executive Lounge and guest rooms.

  • Ensure all VIP rooms are prepared to the highest standards, including requested amenities.

  • Manage the Guest Relations Desk and serve as the main contact point for VIP Guests.

  • Communicate VIP Guest requirements to all relevant hotel departments.

  • Maintain inventory of guest amenities and supplies.

  • Stay updated on Hilton’s products, services, pricing, and ongoing promotions, as well as daily VIP and special events.
