As our Group Human Resources Manager, you will be the strategic architect of culture and talent across our diverse business portfolio. Based in our Colombo headquarters, this full-time role demands a visionary leader who can harmonize HR operations across multiple entities while maintaining a “people-first” philosophy.

Your Core Mission

You won’t just be managing files; you’ll be shaping the employee experience for a multi-faceted workforce. Your mandate includes:

  • Strategic Alignment: Partnering with executive leadership to translate business objectives into high-impact HR strategies.

  • Talent Ecosystem: Overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition and implementing robust succession planning to future-proof the group.

  • Performance & Reward: Designing competitive compensation structures and KPI frameworks that drive a high-performance culture.

  • Compliance & Relations: Ensuring all group entities adhere to Sri Lankan labor laws while fostering a harmonious industrial relations environment.

Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a degree in HRM or an MBA, backed by at least 8–10 years of progressive experience. You should possess the gravitas to influence board-level decisions and the empathy to connect with staff at every level.
