What You’ll Lead-

Setting up and scaling a world-class Technology GCC in Hyderabad

Building engineering, platform, cloud, cybersecurity, and data teams

Driving digital transformation, architecture modernization & automation

Partnering closely with global CTO/Tech leaders to define India’s tech roadmap

Creating innovation pods & COEs in Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevSecOps & Emerging Tech.

Strengthening engineering governance, delivery excellence & platform reliability

Hiring senior tech talent and shaping the GCC’s culture of innovation

What We’re Looking For

15–25+ years in technology leadership, with proven experience running or scaling a GCC

Strong engineering architecture, cloud, platform, or data leadership background

Ability to build and mentor high-performing engineering teams at scale

A strategic thinker who can operate both at 30,000 feet and in deep technical detail.

A people-first leader who builds trust, culture, and collaboration across global teams.
