Humans of Football is building India’s largest pickup football ecosystem. We conduct structured football games across India, powered by tech, content, and community.

We are looking for Game Control Officers who will own the end to end execution of games in their assigned city.

This is a high ownership football operations role.

⚽ Role Overview

As a Game Control Officer, you are the single point of control for every game.

You will manage the game digitally, coordinate with on ground staff, and ensure that every game is executed, recorded, published, and closed out properly.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Pre Game
• List games on the HoF webapp
• Release player lists
• Coordinate with the turf and on ground Game Recorder
• Share all game details with players via WhatsApp groups

During Game
• Remotely ensure the game starts and runs on time
• Coordinate continuously with the Game Recorder
• Handle player queries or issues in real time

Post Game (Critical)
• Collect the video drive link from the Game Recorder
• Ensure full match video is uploaded on YouTube
• Ensure 360 degree videos are submitted on the admin panel
• Ensure match stats are pushed on the system
• Collect Instagram IDs of players
• Ensure lineups, team photos, and MVP photos are uploaded on Instagram stories
• Share Instagram story links back in player groups
• Submit payment and settlement reports on time

✅ Requirements
• Strong interest in football
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working with webapps and admin panels
• Highly organised and deadline driven
• Ability to multitask across ops, content, and people
• Smartphone and stable internet connection

📌 Attendance Requirement
• Must attend a minimum of 2 games in every 10 days for quality control
