A Food and Beverage Attendant plays a key role in shaping every Guest experience across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafés. We strive to consistently deliver service that goes beyond our Guests’ food, beverage, and dining expectations.

Role Overview
In this role, you will help maintain outstanding quality and service standards across all Food and Beverage outlets while working closely with your team to create memorable Guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, including working as a barista or bartender when required

• Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers

• Keep all service areas clean, organized, and ready for service

• Handle guest bills and payments efficiently and correctly

• Respond to Guest questions and requests in a courteous and professional manner
