We are currently seeking a highly experienced **Front of House Manager** who is passionate about front-of-house operations and dedicated to excellence in customer service.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations and ensuring that every guest experience is outstanding. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
• *Responsibilities**:

– Lead and manage all front-of-house staff, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently achieved.
– Train and develop the front-of-house team in service excellence and fine casual dining protocols.
– Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and customer interactions.
– Ensure all guest complaints are handled promptly and with a focus on service recovery.
– Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold service standards and customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and a cohesive dining experience.
– Manage reservations, guest flow, and dining room layout to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
– Uphold all restaurant policies, protocols, and health and safety regulations.
• *Requirements**:

– Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, specifically in fine casual dining environments.
– Excellent understanding of front-of-house operations, including staff management, customer service, and dining room coordination.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both staff and guests.
– Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly.
– Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
– Commitment to maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
