Flight Coordinator

Job description

**Job Title**: _Flight Coordinator_
• *Core Job Responsibilities**:

– _Obtaining and recording fuel prices for all operating stations including fuel secure and order with vendors._
– _Informing crew about schedule/delays on flights and send crew setup/crew call-out procedure as per policy._
– _Updating various systems with relevant operations/flight information._
– _Obtaining overflying/landing permits for all flights and revise it in case of delays._
– _Liase with ground handlers for flight schedules and actual movement of flights for fight handling arrangements._
– _Arrange catering setup as per policy with caterers._
– _Assisting the dispatcher in discharge of duties._
– _To ensure functioning of safety, quality, security and compliance within the area of responsibility._
– _Any of the duties assigned by the superior._
– _Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures; _
– _Follow established procedures and not to take short cuts;_
– _Assist safety and security investigations;_
– _Report safety hazards, security threats, errors, safety events, and any incidents by filling in safety report in Centrik software;_
– _Provide feedback to managers on the implemented corrective, mitigation actions or other changes;_
– _Provide proposals for management system improvements;_
– _Participate in ERP exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the AEROTRANSCARGO Emergency Response Plan _
– _Support compliance audits, security inspections and safety surveys._

– Any Relevant Degree._

– 2+ Years of experience_
