Fit-out / Joinery – Sales & Business Development

Job description

**Responsibilities**:

– Develop and maintain a database of clients in the UAE fit-out/joinery market
– Build and maintain strong relationships with ID Consultants
– Achieve annual sales targets of AED 5 million or more
– Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
– Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure contracts
– Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of projects
• *Requirements**:

– 5+ years of experience in the local UAE fit-out/joinery market
– Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets in this industry
– Well-established relationships with ID Consultants
– Database of clients in the UAE fit-out/joinery market
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– UAE driving license is a plus
