Role Overview

Marsh is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Growth Leader to join its FINPRO team in Dubai. This senior, client-facing role is focused on accelerating growth and expanding the FINPRO portfolio across the MENA region. You will lead strategic growth initiatives including portfolio analysis, competitive positioning, and targeted client acquisition across all non-financial institution segments, while owning direct sales targets and partnering closely with senior clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze portfolios and map competitors to uncover and prioritize growth opportunities.

  • Design and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Egypt, with a focus on Financial and Professional Lines.

  • Partner with client executives and business development teams to drive revenue and enhance cross-selling initiatives.

  • Own direct sales objectives while contributing to broader team growth goals.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key regional clients and stakeholders.

  • Monitor market developments and evolving client needs to recommend innovative solutions and product enhancements.

  • Represent FINPRO at client meetings, industry events, and regional forums, with travel across MENA as required.

  • Provide actionable market insights and intelligence to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector, ideally in client-facing roles.

  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and growth within insurance or risk management, preferably in the MENA region.

  • Strong growth orientation with hands-on experience in portfolio expansion and strategic client targeting.

  • Established relationships and an existing client portfolio within the region are highly advantageous.

  • Solid understanding of diverse client segments and their risk management requirements.

  • Working knowledge of Casualty and Financial Lines insurance products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

  • Willingness and ability to travel across the MENA region.

  • Senior-level (VP or equivalent) experience with the ability to influence across teams without direct line management.
