Oruva Beachside Villa is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to oversee the fiscal health of our premier Boossa property. We provide a unique professional setting where high-level financial management meets a tranquil coastal atmosphere, perfect for a focused professional looking to make a meaningful impact.

As the primary lead for our financial operations, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable records and ensuring our technical systems remain synchronized. This role bridges the gap between daily hospitality transactions and long-term strategic reporting, providing the insights necessary to drive the villa’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Maintain full-set books and manage the General Ledger.

• Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements and financial reports.

• Systems Management: Expertly navigate Xero and ensure seamless integration with our Property Management System (PMS).

• Invoicing & Cash Flow: Manage guest invoicing, vendor payments, and monitor daily cash flow.

• Compliance: Ensure all tax filings and statutory requirements are met on time.

• Audit & Strategy: Conduct periodic internal audits and provide data-driven insights to improve villa profitability.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in a similar finance or accounting role (Hospitality experience is a major plus).

• Software Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on experience with Xero Accounting Application is mandatory.

• Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for reporting and stakeholder management.

• Technical Savvy: Comfort working with PMS platforms and cloud-based tools.

• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ICASL).
