As the Finance Controller for Radisson Blu Galle, you will serve as a strategic leader and brand ambassador, balancing analytical precision with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will oversee the financial health of the property by driving growth initiatives, fostering a culture of empowerment, and ensuring all operations align with corporate standards and local regulations. Your role is pivotal in maintaining quality results through proactive partnership with key business stakeholders.

Coordinate the preparation of accurate hotel monthly profit & loss account and balance sheet incompliance with financial policies & procedures and in line with hotel reporting timetable.

Review monthly general journals and balance sheet reconciliations and ensure appropriately supported and in accordance with Financial Policies and Procedures.

Prepare & accurate month end financial reports & analysis as per hotel and owners’ reporting timetable.

Monitor account receivable collection status. Ensure credit meetings are conducted monthly and follow up any agreed corrective actions.

Coordinate the preparation of any required tax documentation relating to business taxed, foreign currency payments, withholding taxes and income taxes and ensure lodgment is completed as per required deadlines.

Coordinate the preparation of monthly profit & loss forecasts and annual budgeting process in line with hotel & owner timetables.

Prepare a monthly cash flow forecast and discuss with Executive committee for any corrective action required.

Ideal candidate should possess a Degree/ MBA or equivalent professional qualification in Finance from a recognized university/institute.

Chaired Accountant (CA) will be added advantage

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the same capacity at an international star class hotel.

Should have proven track record in the field of Finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work on budgets with strong financial acumen

Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
