Position Summary

Guest Service Experts are on their feet for extended periods, navigating varied surfaces, and handling objects safely up to 25 pounds solo and 50 pounds with assistance. Your commitment to quality, safety, and company standards will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests with attentiveness and warmth, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

  • Set, clear, and maintain tables to ensure a clean and organized environment.

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

  • Handle and move objects safely, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as required.

  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrating courteous and positive communication.

  • Perform additional reasonable duties as requested to support team and guest satisfaction.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

  • Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience; no prior supervisory experience required.

  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
