Job Summary
This role goes beyond traditional food service. As a Guest Service Expert, you help create memorable dining experiences by combining attentive service with thoughtful interaction. From preparing tables to coordinating with the kitchen and assisting guests throughout their visit, you play a key part in making every moment feel welcoming and seamless.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain dining areas, including table setup and cleanliness

Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Greet, interact with, and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner

Support daily service tasks such as clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining work areas

Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines at all times

Maintain a polished appearance and professional communication while on duty

Perform physical tasks required for service, including standing or walking for extended periods and handling light to moderate lifting

Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and business needs
