Byron Recruitment is seeking a qualified and dedicated Female EYFS Teacher to join a British-curriculum school in Kuwait. This role focuses on delivering high-quality early years education in a supportive, child-centred environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with EYFS and the U.K. Curriculum

• Provide a caring, inclusive classroom where children feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn

• Monitor, observe, and assess each child’s progress to guide future learning plans

• Collaborate closely with parents and carers to support student growth and wellbeing

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievements

• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment

• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred)

• 3–5 years of teaching experience in British Curriculum schools

• Strong understanding of the British curriculum and assessment framework

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Adaptability to work within a multicultural and international setting

• Native English Speaker

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Basic Salary: As per company policy based on experience, with a take-home salary around KWD 1000 (negotiable for deserving candidates)

Accommodation:

• Free fully furnished single accommodation including utilities, security, basic cleaning, and maintenance

• Or housing allowance of KWD 150 per month

• Access to swimming pool and gym

• Two-bedroom apartment available for teachers with family at KWD 90 per month, as per company policy

Transportation:

• Free two-way transport between school and company accommodation for the first three months

• Thereafter, KWD 20 per month

Air Ticket:

• Provided from home country at contract start

• Annual return ticket

• Return ticket at end of contract

Medical Insurance:

• Government medical insurance for the first two years

• Private medical insurance from the third year onward

School Fees Discount:

• 100% fee discount for the first two children (subject to management approval)

Working Days: Approximately 177 days per academic year

School Hours:

• 07:10 AM to 02:40 PM, Sunday to Thursday

• Fridays and Saturdays are weekly holidays

Other Benefits:

• Visa expenses in home country reimbursed up to KWD 100 upon submission of receipts

Contract Duration

Two years, renewable upon mutual agreement.
