Position: Executive-Travel Desk

Job Summary:

IMT Hyderabad is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Travel Desk Executive to manage campus travel and transportation operations. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring excellent guest hospitality, overseeing in-house vehicle maintenance, and liaising with external transport vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel experiences while maintaining compliance with institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the campus travel desk and coordinate travel arrangements for guests and staff.

· Handle bookings and confirmations for flights, trains, taxis, and accommodation.

· Ensure high standards of guest hospitality and comfort during visits.

· Coordinate with guest house and administrative teams for smooth transport and stay.

· Oversee maintenance, servicing, cleanliness, and documentation of campus-owned vehicles.

· Monitor insurance, fitness certificates, pollution checks, and service schedules.

· Liaise with external cab and transport vendors to ensure service quality and reliability.

· Maintain accurate records related to travel, vehicle usage, servicing, and compliance.

· Be available on-call for urgent or after-hours travel requirements when needed.

· Perform additional duties related to travel and transport services as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

· Prior experience in travel desk operations, hospitality, or transport management is an advantage
